Water Effect

Final Image Preview

Step 1

Go to File > New (set the settings to match the picture below)

Step 2

Add your image you would like to apply the water effect to. I got my image from here

Step 3

Now create a new layer.

Go to Layer > New > Layer.

and then click ok.

Step 4

Right click on the layer you just created and go to Blending Options

Step 5

Set the settings to match the below pictures.

Inner Glow

Bevel and Emboss

Contour

Step 6

Select the brush tool and stat drawing on the layer you created.
