Step 1
Go to File > New
Set:
Width to 800
Height to 600
Step 2
Make a new layer and then add the picture to that layer. Chose a picture and add it in to Photoshop.
step 3
Change the layer style to Luminosity.
Step 4
Go to Filter > Stylize > Find Edges
