How to change the position of your tool bar in Windows XP (Basics)

Step 1

Right click the tool bar at the bottom of your screen and a little menu will appear.


Step 2

click on the ‘lock tool bar’ button and a line will appear above the tool bar this allows you to move it click and drag the tool bar to any side of the screen.

Step 3

Now right click on the tool bar and click ‘lock tool bar’and the line on it will dissapear making it stable so when you do try and drag it you cannot.
