In this tutorials ill show you how to make a Cut out effect in photoshop from scratch.
Step 1
Open photoshop and click File > New
Then use whatever settings you want, if you dont know what settings to use
just copy the setting from the picture below.
Step 2
Get your paint bucket tool and change the background colour, it can be any colour.
Step 3
Now we have to type some text you can use any font (some fonts work better
than others) the colour has to be white and it can be any font size.
Step 4
In your layers right click on your text layer then go to blending options.
Change your setting to match the pictures below.
Drop Shadow
Inner Shadow
Gradient
Final Image Preivew
