<p><strong>Step 1</strong></p>
<p>Firstly right-click the taskbar and click properties.</p>

<p><strong>Step 2</strong></p>
<p>You should now have a box appear, now click on the tab that says ‘Start  menu’. You will now have the start button options.</p>

<p><strong>Step 3</strong></p>
<p>Click on either ‘Start menu’ or ‘Classic start menu’ click ‘customize’ to  chang settings of programs in it.</p>

<p>How to change desktop wallpaper</p>
<p><strong>Step 1</strong></p>
<p>Right click anywhere on your desktop. A drop down menu will appear  and Select  properties from the list of options and you should have a  mini window  appear.</p>
<p><strong>Step 2</strong></p>
<p>Select the desktop tab button and change your picture by scrolling up  and  down the list. Use tile, centre or stretch to size the image. Then  when you have  finished press ok or cancel to cancel it.</p>
<p><strong>Step 3</strong></p>
<p>To choose your own picture click on the browse button and a window  will  appear. Search in the window for your picture and once you have  found your  picture click ok.</p>
<p><strong>Step 4</strong></p>
<p>To change the size of the image select the drop down box below the  browse  button.</p>

<p><strong>Step 1</strong></p>
<p>Right click the tool bar at the bottom of your screen and a little menu will  appear.</p>

<strong>Step 2</strong></p>
<p>click on the ‘lock tool bar’ button and a line will appear above the tool bar  this allows you to move it click and drag the tool bar to any side of the  screen.</p>

<p><strong>Step 3</strong></p>
<p>Now right click on the tool bar and click ‘lock tool bar’and the line on it  will dissapear making it stable so when you do try and drag it you cannot.</p>
