<p><strong>Step 1</strong></p>
<p>Open up start and go to Control panel.</p>

<p><strong>Step 2</strong></p>
<p>This tutorial is specifically for vista so if you are using XP the options  may be different. You need to select “Administrative Tools”.</p>

<p><strong>Step 3</strong></p>
<p>Then select “Task scheduler”.</p>

<p><strong>Step 4</strong></p>
<p>When the window opens select “Create Task”.</p>

<p><strong>Step5</strong></p>
<p>Name the task whatever you want and then give it a description. If you want  your computer to shutdown when logged off aswell you need to select the other  tickbox option. Then move on to the next tab.</p>

<p><strong>Step 6</strong></p>
<p>When in “Triggers” select “New” this section is down to your preferences I  have set the task up to shutdown every day at midnight. When you have finished  in this section move on to “Actions”</p>

<p><strong>Step 7</strong></p>
<p>This tab programs the task.When in “Actions” tab select “New”.</p>

<p><strong>Step 8</strong></p>
<p>Make sure that Action is set to program then Type  C:\Windows\system32\shutdown.exe. Then in Arguments Type /s this shuts down the  whole system.</p>

<p><strong>Step 9</strong></p>
<p>Click “OK” to reurn to the scheduler, Clicking “OK” in the scheduler window  will pop-up a new window. Insert all your account details into the boxes and  click “OK” this will then activate the task and shutdown the computer.</p>

<p><strong>Step 10</strong></p>
<p>All windows that are open can now be safely shut.</p>

<p>Find the file you wish to hide i have simply made a quick text file.</p>

<p>Then to make the encrypting stage easier save it to the route of your drive i  put mine in a folder i named files.</p>

<p>Name the file whatever you want but remember to leave no spaces.</p>

<p>Then find the image you wish to hide it in i chose a quick holiday snap, save  this to the same location, again with no spaces and end the image in the suffix  .jpg.</p>

<p>Using the program winrar add the file anything to “anything.rar”</p>

<p>Then go to start and find the program “Run” or simple press the windows key  and R and type in cmd.</p>

<p>Then type cd /</p>

<p>Then type cd c:/(then name of the folder u created)<br />

<p>Then type copy /b (name of the .rar file).rar + (name of the image).jpg (name  of image created).jpg</p>

<strong>Step 10</strong></p>
<p>To open the image contents simply right click the image and open with  winrar.</p>
