Final Image Preivew
Step 1
Go to File > New
Set:
Width to 800
Height to 600
Step 2
Add a new layer by going to Layer > New > Layer. Then, click OK to the message that appears.
Step 3
Now you have to get a picture of an eye Heres the one I used Here.
Step 4
Get the brush tool and colour the eye in whatever colour you want I used #017f25. Make sure you are on the layer you made in step 2. It’s best to get the brush the size of the eye that way you just have to click it once and there will be a perfect circle around the eye.

Step 5
Go to the layer with your colour in and change the Blending mode of the layer to Hue.
